Shipping
All products are sent by our brands from their individual locations in Aotearoa. If you have purchased multiple products expect multiple packages arriving between 2 to 7 working days. You will be sent individual tracking numbers from each brand.
At this present moment as Konei is starting up we currently only offer shipping Aotearoa Wide.
Don't worry, we are looking to expand this at some point in the near future.
Unfortunately, our brands do not allow pick up. All orders will be shipped.
Product
Some Brands offer customisation of their products. If this is possible, it will be noted in the product description.
Payment
On Konei, All sales prices are in New Zealand dollars and includes GST (if brand is GST registered)
During the checkout process you’ll be asked to choose one of the payment options that each seller offers, Paypal or credit card via Paypal. We also offer express checkout with PoliPay and Google Pay.
Returns & Warranty
All brands on Konei have their own return and refund policy in place and these may differ between each brand.

Please complete a returns form and one of Auntys minions will get back to you within 48hrs
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For Health and Safety reasons, there are certain items we cannot accept as returns unless found to be defective:
Personalised or made to order items
Jewellery (earrings)
Swimwear - Underwear
Perishable products including health and beauty
Personal care items
