Flat Rate Shipping Details
If you are based in Aotearoa, shipping has a flat rate of $10 (this does not include Wholesale Products)
Our Shipping Process
All products on Konei are sent from our store in Manukau. Our standard fulfilment time is 48 hours before courier pick up. As a team of 2 at times there could be delays due to sickness.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within the courier’s required timeframes if there are any delivery issues.
Courier investigation timeframes are as follows:
Damaged Parcels

Domestic (Business sending): 7 business days from delivery

Domestic (Personal sending): 10 days from delivery

International Courier: 4 months from delivery
Lost Parcels

Domestic Postal or Courier Service: 21 days from dispatch

International Express Service: 30 days from dispatch

International Courier Service: 4 months from dispatch

International Postal Service: 90 days from dispatch
If we are not notified within these timeframes, we are unfortunately unable to lodge an investigation or claim with the courier. In these cases, Konei is not liable for replacement, refund, or reimbursement.
We strongly encourage customers to check tracking regularly and contact us promptly if there are any concerns regarding delivery.
